Everyone must book at least 24 hours before arrival. Bookings are only valid when accompanied by the deposit. Bookings cannot be transferred to another person. Please make a booking for each person who will attend including children.
You will receive a letter confirming the details of your booking and payment: Please keep this safe and bring it with you to the Celebration. If you are not able to show your confirmation letter you will be required to show some form of photographic identification (eg passport) in order to register for the Celebration.
- Celebration fee (non-resident) – 14th to 17th April – £60. Please see booking form for day/session rates.
- On site accommodation (includes breakfast) – Per room for the whole celebration- Single Ensuite £130; single room £100; twin room £140. Per person for the whole celebration – Shared Room £55, Dormitory £40, Camping £25. Dormitory and Camping can be booked on a per night basis – Dormitory £20, camping £10
- Meals – Whole celebration – Lunch and Supper – £21; per day – £7
Refund Policy: If you cancel before the start of the Celebration we will refund all except the non-refundable 25% deposit. Once the Celebration has started, no refunds are given if you cancel all or part of your Celebration. Exceptions may be made in circumstances such as sickness or bereavement; you should apply by e-mail to the Administration Team email@example.com within 2 weeks of the end of the Celebration. Any non-refunded fees arising from cancellations are donated to the NKT International Temples Fund.
Booking: Please select your accommodation option and then choose your meal option. Single and Twin Rooms are very limited and priority will be given to those who book for the whole of the UKDC. For Twin Rooms, please specify who you will be sharing with. Bedding and towels are provided in the single and twin rooms.
Dormitory accommodation is on a mattress on the floor. In shared rooms a bed is provided. Please bring a sleeping bag and a towel for both shared and dormitory accommodation.
Payment for the Celebration does not include accommodation for the night of the final day.
Children: Children (under 16) are welcome to attend the Celebration but special conditions apply. For indoor family room bookings please phone to book. For outdoor camping or non-residential please book online. Children’s bookings are only confirmed on receipt of the names of two adult carers who are both attending on the same dates as the child/children. We will send out Conditions of Stay for Children by email on receipt of all children’s bookings. Please download, sign and return the children’s conditions of stay form signed by two adult carers straight away.
Children aged 3-15 years are charged half price, and there is no charge for those under 3 years.
Translation Facilities: All sessions in the Temple will be conducted in English.
Parking Vouchers: there is a charge of £2 per car per day. If you are disabled and need parking space a little nearer the building please tick the box. There is no charge for disabled parking.
Special Needs: There are toilet and shower facilities available for disabled people. Access to the Marquee and main building is ramped but we regret that as Ashe Hall is an historic building some areas are inaccessible to wheelchair users.
